Financial valuation of Pfizer Inc

This thesis investigates one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, Pfizer Inc. (hereinafter “Pfizer”, “PFE” or “the Company”), from a strategic and financial perspective in order to determine the Company’s fair market value as of December 31, 2014 and compare it to the respective market value and also to forecast the Company’s evolution for the coming 10 years. This will be achieved through an external analysis which will research the industry’s and global economic situation as well as the future trends and through an internal analysis of the Company based on historical data and estimated Company’s growth in the future.
The results are achieved by using discounted cash flow valuation methods and then compared with the Company’s real market price as of December 31, 2014.
