Abstract
Food waste is a widespread phenomenon that happens throughout human food consumption, especially domestic food waste contributes a significant amount. The project described in this paper aims to in response to this problem by designing a food sharing system in community interrelating the mobile application with the interactive community fridge. There are two studies included quantitative research and qualitative research conducted to approach the research problems and develop the design of the sharing system. The outcome of this project proposed the solution with a prototype for food sharing practice between people in the community.
