澳門大學生在內地的就業意向及其影響因素調查

大學生就業意向問題一直受到全社會的廣泛關注,隨著當局政府不斷推行粵港澳大灣區的發展工作,做好澳門大學生在內地就業意向及其影響因素的調查有不可或缺的意義。本研究旨在通過調查,補充或更新一些有關目前澳門大學生就業意向的情況。同時,通過調查搜集有關大學生對內地就業意向的情況及其影響因素,以「職業生涯規劃」和「城市人才吸引力」的角度淺析當今澳門大學生對內地就業意向的影響力度。本研究希望結合相關研究結果,提出一些切實的建議,為後人的進一步研究和考察提供參考。
本研究發現,澳門大學生到內地就業的意向並不突出。大多數學生優先考量在本地就業;部分學生表示會同時考慮在本澳和在內地發展的可能性;只有少數學生把赴內地就業列入首選。同時,本研究還發現,「職業生涯規劃」和「城市人才吸引力」確實對本澳大學生在內地的就業意向有重要影響。除此以外,專業和行業因素人際和生活因素政策因素的也是影響本澳學生考量是否在內地就業的指標之一,且以上均存在年級生源地上的差異影響。基於研究結果,研究者嘗試從政府企業高校的角度提出一些可行性的建議,為幫助澳門大學生赴內地就業發展,以及各機構之後就有關方向的進一步研究和考察提供一些參考。

The issue of university students’ career intentions in Macau has received considerable attention in recent years. Since developing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) has been widely regarded as one of the central objectives of local governments, it is crucial to investigate the factors influencing Macau graduates’ employment intentions, as well as their attitudes towards working in the GBA. This thesis aims to investigate, expand, and analyse the information related to the employment intentions of Macau graduates, including the current situation and potential problems. At the same time, this study tries to ascertain the influential factors by collecting information on graduates’ career consciousness, in terms of career planning and urban talent attraction.
The analysis, based on a survey carried out among Macau university graduates shows that most of the students give priority to working in the local area instead of seeking employment in mainland China and some of them indicate that they would consider the possibility of working in both places. Besides that, factors like ‘career planning’ and ‘urban talent attraction’ are founded to have significant impacts on their employment intentions in mainland China. In addition, there are other elements influencing their career intentions, including study fields, networking, and local policies, which are affected by grades and different places of origin. Combined with these new factors, the implication of these findings and practical suggestions are provided to the local government, enterprises, and research institutions, helping other researchers to understand the growing and essential phenomenon of Macau graduates’ career intentions.
