Abstract
In this feasibility project, a hotel after the Chinese dynasties themed, combining cultural heritage with modern hospitality will be developed in Macau in order to create an immersive and upscale experience for its guests. With the hotel's unique personalised service named ""Emperor Service"", traditional architecture style décor, and cultural activities, it is positioned as a luxury destination for affluent travellers, families, and cultural enthusiasts alike.
This project contributes to Macau's vision of becoming a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure by focusing on non-gaming tourism. It focuses on the increase of middle-class markets and the demand for experiential tourism in Macau, and also promote sustainability, economic growth, and cultural preservation. In order to establish the feasibility and profitability of the project, it is necessary to analyse market trends, economic outlook, competitor positioning, and financial forecasts. Taking advantage of Macau's strategic location and rich cultural history, this hotel ensures long-term growth and a unique and memorable experience for guests.
With favourable market trends, a positive financial outlook and a solid strategic positioning, the hotel is able to achieve long-term profitability and deliver differentiated guest service.
