End User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the University of Saint Joseph Library Research Repository (hereinafter "Repository"). By accessing and using this Repository, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Repository.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Repository is granted to current students, faculty, staff, and authorized affiliates of USJ. By using the Repository, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

All content in the Repository, including but not limited to articles, theses, dissertations, and multimedia, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree to respect these rights and to comply with any copyright or licensing information associated with the content.

8. Termination

USJ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Repository for any user who violates this Agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the University. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Repository and destroy any downloaded content.

9. Amendments

USJ may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Repository website or otherwise communicated to users. Continued use of the Repository after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
