Abstract
Intel Corporation is a leading global semiconductor design and manufacturing company. Its core
business includes central processing units (CPUs), graphics processing technology, data center
solutions, artificial intelligence accelerators, Internet of Things (IoT) applications, and
autonomous driving platforms. The company operates worldwide, with research, development,
and manufacturing sites in the United States, Europe, Israel, and Asia. By 2023, data center and
AI-related businesses had become important revenue drivers, diversifying the company’s income
structure alongside its traditional PC client business. Since its founding, Intel has continuously
relied on process and architecture innovations as a competitive advantage and has actively
advanced the IDM 2.0 strategy to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and foundry services.
While, against global competition in the semiconductor industry, geopolitical risks, and
technological cycles, maintaining its technological and market leadership has become a key
challenge. This study aims to assess Intel’s intrinsic value as of December 31, 2023, using three
valuation models and sensitivity analysis. It explores how internal and external factors affect the
company’s long-term value, providing a reference for investors and strategic decision-makers by
comparing this with the market stock price at that date.
