探討澳門融合教育政策下小學老師面對班級經營的困難及策略

Abstract
本研究旨在探討澳門融合教育政策下,小學老師於普通班別對班級經營的困難及 策略。主要的研究目的有三: 首先,瞭解融合生於普通班別學習對老師在班級經營上所 造成的困難,以及老師對班級經營的策略;其次,希望透過此研究為老師於普通班別 對班級經營方面提供解決辦法及意見;同時有望在「小學老師於普通班別對班級經營 的困難及策略」的課題研究上填補文獻資料上空白。
本研究透過訪談方式蒐集十二位研究參與者的經驗與觀點,於彙整訪談後輔以相關文獻資料相對應,做進一步資料分析與討論。綜合上述研究分析發現,本研究對澳門普通班老師提出一些因應策略及相關建議。
This research aims to explore a list of problems faced by primary teachers under the existing inclusive education policies in Macao, especially when students with Special Education Needs (SEN) are encouraged to study in a normal classroom setting. There are three main objectives of this study. First, it aims to explore what kind of problems primary teachers are facing; second, how primary teachers deal with these problems and what strategies they employ to cope with these problems. Through this study, it is hoped that some suggestions can be formed, and more information and data can be gathered for the future study of SEN problems in the context of Macao.
This study interviewed 12 primary teachers representing 3 different schools. Their views and comments were gathered according to the interview questions set and for later analysis and discussion. By the end of this study, humble suggestions were formed to contribute to this topic.
